So, I'm 21 days in on my current streak, and I've been noticing a lot of changes already. I've started to get morning wood again, had a couple wet dreams (remembering normal dreams again too) and I'm actually feeling aroused by things like touch, the smell of a girl's perfume, etc. but I had a setback yesterday. I was having the strongest urges I've had yet and watched a little bit of porn, but literally no more than 5 minutes, without touching my dick, and turned it off before anything escalated. However, my erections and level of attraction with actual girls and sensations and whatnot still feels like it's gone way downhill today. It seems like watching porn specifically seems to be my problem and any excessive masturbation is mostly just a symptom of that. So I'm wondering what people's experience with unassisted, non fantasy related masturbation is, especially how it affects their PIED? I've also heard of an app that's supposed to help train you to masturbate based purely on actual sensation and not porn or fantasy. Although it says it's made to help with premature ejaculation and not PIED, it sounds like it could be helpful but I don't want masturbating with that to become a regular thing, more of an experiment and a way to help treat PIED. I also don't want it to negatively affect my PIED. Any thoughts?

The only time I can see masturbating being good is after your reboot. I feel like it's too much of a slippery slope when you're still recovering.

    EDIT
    And that's without porn too.
