Masturbation leading to Pimple/Blackheads and others.(Diary Like)

Hi guys im Jay newbee here! Im wondering if masturbation can lead to one of these skin problems so i ll try to make a diary like thread in this forum and will try to stop masturbation for i believe that im having the skin problems i mentioned(title) due to excessive masturbation.Of course i've researched that the effect of masturbation can differ to each on of us but still, i would like to hit two birds at the same time with a stone by having a good skin and free of PMO. I hope you could help me motivated too by being active on this. As of now i have some of it mostly at my face, ( nose, near the hairlines, and jawlines) backs, and chest and also its my first few hours free from PMO so let's get ready to fight boys!
