I noticed that when I masturbate I start out with a good quality erection but then about 10 minutes in my mind drifts away and I start to panic and before I know it the erection is lost. I managed to regain my erection after relaxing a bit but I am beginning to worry this may be organic.


Could this be venous leakage? Literally my erection will go down in less than 6 seconds. Doesn't seem normal to me. Also when I get hard my erection is rubbery.

 

This has been going on for weeks. I dont know if my ED is anxiety based. I literally get anxiety now before masturbating. Dont know what the hell is going on. My random erections are also rubbery so I am freaking out a bit.

That doesn't prove NoFap cures erections. Zero evidence,there is no evidence. This website and all the others on the internet are out to make a profit,why else would we need 5 different forums which all accomplish the exact same thing. That's like saying if you rub salt on your penis you may get a promotion at work,and when you get that promotion at work you are going to say it was because you rubbed salt on your penis when really it had nothing to do with it.

Quit saying us and speak for yourself. There is NO PROOF that nofap causes your tiny penis to get bigger,NONE. This is the equivalent of someone telling you to rub snakesoil on your scalp to regrow hair.

Im searching for a solution that is reality based and not mental midget gymnastics.

Anecdotal evidence is akin to those that assume that because one Korean guy killed someone all Koreans kill. In other words anecdotal evidence is useless. I have a serious problem here and some people don't take it too serious. I have also read stories of guys that stop masturbation for 6 months and their erection quality hasn't even improved. Theres also another forum out there called PEgym that sells products that cause members to injure their members and then they tell them they can't get hard because of nofap. On that website every single member went from a 4 inch penis to a 7 inch penis by "jelquing" .
