    I like the idea, but when I tried it before, I tried to control everything and after a productive 1.5 days I had a headache and was back to wasting time.
    Willpower is exhaustible, so we have to be intelligent about it.
    Form habits to your advantage. Allow motivation and energy levels to determine the speed and efficiency of your task. That will leave more than enough willpower for where it is needed.
