Married and Trying to stop.

I love my wife, and I have to tell her today that after quite some time of not looking at porn I broke down and looked. I am devastated, and I know she will be too. We have a 5 month old son, and while he was asleep on the bed I looked and masturbated. I am so upset with myself but I'm posting here so as to make a public commitment to stop. I hope it will help, I was addicted for over a decade when I stopped for a year, 1 year and six months later I looked, that was six months into our marriage, and it hurt us both. My wife has helped me immensely and I've been trying but I have been going through a lot of trials with my health and recently found out I may have MS and the depression has been too much. I was bored and feeling down and I wanted the high that porn gives. That was today, my wife and I have been married for over 2 years now, I love her very much and I don't want to lose that love for her or my child and future children.
