Luck and fapping

Luck is a strange thing. In general, in my experience positive, upbeat people seem to be luckier*. If you're using NoFap to kick-start a self improvement routine, and exercising more, and eating better you'll feel better... And be open to more positive opportunities. In short ''luckier".

*They will also perceive themselves as luckier. Which is a mindset thing. Two guys (one with a positive mindset, one with a negative one) fall down the stairs. Each break both their legs.
The one with the negative mindset curses his rotten luck. The positive guy thinks "wow, that was lucky... I could have broken my neck – somebody's looking out for me up there!"
