    Hi

    I am 30 years old .I mastrubated from age of 15.I am on reboot from last 25 days .I am feeling more energetic and confident,but thing is that I have lost my entire erection.Can you please suggest what should I do.

    It s flatline. It s just a part of the rewiring process and all the fapstronauts experience it. Ou should just continue no pm.

    I am also doing nofap since a month now but i am not facing any more energy or confidence. Some days it is hight some days it is low. I am not sure if it is flatline but still follow nofap. If no solution is coming atleast nofap will not hurt anything but M will hurt you for sure
