Looking for suggestions - I'm in a relationship. What can I do with my partner while rebooting?

    Greetings,

I'm in an incredible 2 month relationship with a great girl.
Recently, we've opened the dialog about my ED which is linked to PMO.
We've had amazing sex, but it happens at odd times, like when I wake up with a boner. We've also had no problem fooling around, kissing, and doing everything but actual sex.

So, what should I, or shouldn't I do while rebooting? Is it ok to fool around with my girl even if I'm not getting hard? Can I just make her feel good, and get turned on by her while abstaining from PMO?

I'm new to this, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Jack

If you are serious about getting free from the addiction, you should concentrate on your recovery. Personally I don't think investing in a new relationship, while addressing a serious addiction is a good idea. You likely have a long road ahead and it will take a lot of hard work to get better. Does your girlfriend know you have a porn addiction?

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Our relationship began before I realized the effects of my porn Addiction, and she's been a champ in dealing with it. The ED I'm experiencing is hurtful and difficult for her, but she's incredibly supportive. We have a strong, loving relationship.
I'm looking for suggestions as to how to be supportive of her, and help her to feel desirable and wanted as we go. I'm new to rebooting, so I'm trying to avoid making any mistakes along the way.

    Jack
