Looking for help

    Hello, my names Steve. I 've been hooked on porn for over 25 years. I'm in my fifties and till recently didnt know I had a mental problem caused by porn or the many negative side effects.
    I started having ED problems even towards the end of my marriage 20 years ago. Never had an ED problem with porn though. Never. I just lost another woman in my life after four great years together. We had intercourse but not often and she was kinda OK with just getting oral or so I thought. If I took ED pills, we would get one good session and thats it.
    So here I am. Recently self discovered porn addict. I have no desire to ever watch it again. I've been reading and watching help videos but they say most people will have a relapse and I seriously dont want that. Im hoping this site can help me and maybe in time, I can help others.

    Welcome to the site. I never thought the things I started to do 25 years ago in my teens would almost destroy my life. Slowly porn robs us of our good qualities and turns us into a zombie compared to our former selves. Eventually the ED problems catch up with us. We might attribute it to getting older, but it wasn't until recently that I learned that porn and ED have a connection. I hope you find the information and support you need to succeed.

    absolute abstinence. Im so done with porn the thought of ever looking at it again depresses me. I want my life back.
