    I was doing it last night unconsciously, there was a panel of females interviewing a celebrity and one of them was extremely beautiful so I zoomed in on her.....I just thought about it, was this considered a relapse? 20 days of NoFap down the drain? My previous record was 19. My Lord this sucks

    i think if it was totally unconscious maybe you should not count it as a relapse. however you should state to youself that next time you catch yourself doing it, if you do not stop immediately you will count it as a relapse... but this is just my opinion!
