    We have not been intimate for about 6 months. The last few years, we have had sex about once a year, whether we wanted to or not. I figured it was all her fault and my PMO was just to get my needs met since she wasn't.

    We tried on a Friday afternoon. No kids. No pressure. Easy and relaxed time. I helped her to orgasm, but them couldn't myself. It did not matter what she or we did. I couldn't focus and get out of my head. I kept flipping through different images and scenes to try to get excited enough to come, but I just couldn't. I gave up.
