Lonely, not only no gf, but no bro's, real friends, deep bonds

Year ago I had good friends, we go out have fun, go on a tour together. A year ago I had a gf I loved her so much and her love for me was god gifted and i was having the time of my life and all those time i was very active in pmo, Then I had a breakup really bad one like 5.5 months ago the next day i decided i will not pmo ever again because pmo was the biggest reason of my breakup. Now it's been 5.5months of no pmo, no gf, alone, struggling and no friends. i have full time job so on weekend i go to my friend to talk a little none of them come to me anymore or call me, message me. but good thing is I have a good job and I love my work. and I'm positive that this time will pass and good time will come again, it's just the way it is.
