I had a 16 day no PMO streak but then relapsed and binge watched for 4 days. I am now on day 5 of a new PMO no streak but am feeling terribly lonely and unable to socialise and I have low confidence- could this be an effect of my binge watch? I felt pretty good oj my 16 day streak. Any advice would be appreciated for the lonliness and lack of confidence.

Its normal to experience these feelings especially following a relapse. Your best bet is to perservere and stay away from no pmo as much as possible, I promise things will get a whole lot better.

Also try to replace the bad habits with some good ones. I find if I get some exercise and/or eat well I have much better motivation and commitment, and it makes it easier to stay PMO free. Also your general mood will likely be much better.

  5. I relapsed two days ago after 18 days clean. I was out socializing a lot more but my deep feelings of loneliness is a deeper issue. No matter what I do it catches up with me sooner or later. You might have depression or other deeper issues.

Brother, thank you for sharing. I just want to pat you on the back. Be proud of your efforts and keep going. We are at war with PMO and not every battle will be victorious.
Whenever you feel very lonely/stressed/hopeless/tired, share you thoughts and feelings on this forum. You may feel lonely, but you're not alone (there's lots of us). And this journey is easier when travelled in company.
    Take care of yourself.
