Life seems good but bored now

    So i managed to retain it for more than a week, and for now im pretty confortable, not having big urges or anything.

    But life seems really really bored now, by this time of boredom i normally would watch some P and have some disconecting from the world. But i understand that is really harmful so i dont.

    I feel pretty sad to cant enjoy it again, something that feels so good and in fact, it make me happier in the moment.

    So, how you deal with the boredom produced by porn abstinence?

    Start hobbies, exercise, explore, do something new.

    I experimented boredom for the most of the day. During last instances of the day the brain is sending over and over P stuff that i used to saw on videos. The difference is that images on my mind makes me want to go PMO. I will manage it for today, I heard that the healing happen during the urges, so i will go for it.

    Not sure if i will have willpower for future urges episodes.

    Looks like you hit one of those "flatlines". It is a sign of your brain adjusting itself to lack of dopamine it usually have (a goddamn large amount).
    Don't worry. It will pass and you will have the ability to find joy afterwards, even in the most mundane situation.
