First i want to tell you that I'm not recomending the method I'm about to talk about, not yet atleast.

What if you can use your addiction as a weapon against itself?

I have seen alot of people deep down and they really need real life help to get out of it
but they are usualy not motivated or socialy anxious to get there.

so my thought was to use (P)MO as a reward for positive reinforcement of good actions.

Small improvments to your situation every day, split up your big problem in many smaller problems and solve them one by one and recive a reward for every one of them,

positive reinforcement is well imbeded in the psyche and will work in many cases.
and very good to use on everyone! in realationships to program your SO to keep doing the good things. Raising children so they learn what they should do, same with pets and men.

I would love to hear comments on this.

 

Well here is the way i thought it would be applied. But you have a very good point!
My thought was to turn something thats already there making your life living hell when you are at the bottom. Being all alone not going out not able to keep a job.
But it needs some disapline and that is where the problem lies.

Yeah i my intention with the (P)MO was to have it excluded but i got worried if people would understand MO.

Personaly i think MO would work for me when im single but it really fucks up my relationships.
