Leakage or PIED

Hey guys,

I am 17 and on day 60! I have seen significant improvement in the return of erections. However, they typically only hit me when I am laying down or sitting. In addition to this they never really seam to stay up for longer than a few seconds or two before starting to decline maxing out at an 80% strength or so. In addition to this one of my right superficial dorsal veins on the top of my penis seems to get significantly larger/enlarged compared to the left vein every time I get hard. Is this kind of thing normal when recovering from PIED? or is it more seem like I have a venous leakage? I would appreciate any advice possible.

Another possibility I am exploring is that I simply need to start sensitizing my penis again. Should I wait until a full 90 day reboot or is now a good time to start. A girl expressed a sexual interest in me this last week, and I don't know If I should go for it or wait until a "full 90 day reboot" What do you guys think?
