Am out guys, was relaxing, started peaking at pics and off I went.
But I am happy I made almost 14 days, that is the longest streak I've made so far.

Get back up and try again. Don't dwell on this reset too much, it will only lead you into a relapse.

Highest score is 14 you say? So now try to abstain from everything that trigger you for 14 days. Tv shows, movies, youtube..you get my point. And once you reach the 20-40 days, shift your focus from nofap to other things in your life. Keep yourself busy as much as possible. Good luck! =)

Because I feel good to share here with you, if you may. I got a scholarship to pay most of my taxes about University till the end by myself. I feel good about it. Yesterday I got very hard day, feeling really tense just by the thing a haven't relapsed in a while. But I resist and guys today is wonderful. I am relaxed and happy. Thank you for being here for me. I love you guys and know that you are not going to relapse if you put your efforts. Stay calm. Have a nice day.
