    I am back again on this forum hoping and really hoping I can stay off the P this time . I really want to stay on the straight and narrow and experience the benefits of being authentic me

    Day 6 Feeling better and seeing porn specialist and have built a stronger resolve
    I don't want to go back to something that has virtually destroyed my life
    Early night and swimming is helping

    Struggled today feeling a lot of low self esteem stayed away from alcohol that can be a big blockervtonstsyong off p
    Feeling like my head is clearing and can think better
    I was able to do some activities without all the compulsion and my brain fog is lifting

    I am literally keeping everything in the dsy
