    Hi,
I just wanted to share my experience of using L'Arginine with regards to helping with ED (probably PIED).
I've used v***gra in the past as I just assumed I had ED (without realising that it could have been caused by P). This gave an amazing erection but felt very forced, and sex, therefore, became a planned affair, which isn't great.

I had some out of date L'Arginine tablets that I then started to use, and was very impressed with the results. They didn't give a ridiculous erection, but a far more natural one, that wouldn't just appear from nowhere.

I then went on to try some capsules but found they were nowhere near as effective as the tablets.

I'm now into 5 months P free but haven't noticed a significant improvement in my erections, so have gone back to trying L'Arginine supplements. It takes a week or so for the cumulative effects to work, but now I can get fairly strong and natural erections, which feels great. I'm not kidding myself, I would rather not take any supplements at all, but this does seem to work well. It helps by boosting nitric oxide levels, so if there was a more natural way to achieve this, I would prefer that, however, having tried Beet supplements etc. they don't seem to work.

Does anyone else have any experience or advice regarding this?

  2. Hi. I too had visited one therapist with issue of ED and he has put be on L'Arigine tablets, and also put me on Vi***a after making me take TMT. As you mentioned it became a planned thing and mechanical. I had the P habit and still have it. I had some kind of performance anxiety, may be I compare real life with a P film. My sensation down was very low. No pleasure at all. I don't know if L'Argenine helped , but it's a supplement, and not an antibiotic so what harm it can do? If it's helping, please have it a bit longer . At least 15 days. Because of the PMO habit I am unable to do the real thing.

I took some L-Arginine as well but did not really notice much difference at all. Maybe that's a sign that my problem is not physical, but mental. I was also taking horny goat weed, but the only difference I noticed was a increase in ejaculate volume. Nothing else really. I wasn't more horny or having harder erections. Right now I am taking Maca root, but so far no differences either.

  4. Have you tried visiting a sexologist ? Do you feel relaxed ? Or feel some kind of performance anxiety ?

No, I am relaxed most of the time really. I don't think that it is performance anxiety. I mean, I sometimes experience the same thing when I masturbate sometimes. Inconsistent erection (one second it is very hard but the next second it starts to weaken) or difficulty to get hard in the first place. Usually in the morning it is a lot easier to maintain an erection when masturbating, but during the rest of the day it can be difficult. Hardly ever get any morning wood too.

  6. What's the dosage that you take? I take L-Arginine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine but so far (36 days) no definite progress.

  7. L'Arganine I took one tablet in morning and one in evening for one month. But it did not help. That's when I started realizing it's more mental than physical.

I tried some earlier in my reboot. Minimal effect if any. And if you think about it it makes sense. PIED is in the brain, L-Arganine helps with blood flow, no relation to the main issue.

  9. When PMO I do not have problem in maintaining an erection and can hold it longer. The problem occurs when when performing the actual act. Also the blood flow thing may be right because the doctor told after seeing sonogram of the penis that slightly less blood flow is there.
