Can I ask what happened? How do you keep yourself busy?
I have a problem sleeping, every night I wake up around 1:00 am and it's really difficult to get back to sleep so that's when I'm at my weakest point. All kind of negative thoughts flood my head and sometimes to relieve them I just view porn.

@Mtired watchu can do as the thought emerges specially @1 in the morning is IMMEDIATELY drop down on the flow and do as much PUSH UPS as you can, while throwing your phone or laptop out of your reach. Try that and let me know how it goes for you.

Yea for me I work at night and every morning before I get off, I get a rush of hormones and before I sleep i usually do about 100 push-ups while listening to music and make sure I don't go sleep with my phone, this is day 6 for me I got 24 left, I'm still trying to look for ways to replace some of these bad habits with

I'm on day 4 now, still counting. 26 more days to go and I'm feeling more determined than ever to continue.
I'm trying almost everything I can. I find myself viewing porn whenever I use the bathroom so I started leaving my phone outside whenever I'm going in there. Since recently I'm spending less time on my phone, now I start leaving it somewhere else whenever I'm in the bedroom.
It's also good to reflect on all the harm pmo has caused you and how beneficial it would be to give it up.
It's important to find things to do especially when you're at home, like some chores around the house or suppim, even playing video games if you find reading to be a little boring.
I'm going movie free for a month or two cause sometimes even movies can be a trigger for me; kissing and all that can send me right back into pmo. Just try to identify all your triggers because when you are aware of them it will be easier to take steps to avoid them. I've taken some weird steps to avoid some of my triggers but I just laugh at them after a while.
You doing a great job. I also like my phone away from me especially when I start lying in bed. The temptation is too much to resist and I do not want to fail!
