Just read my newbie post from three years ago, still in the struggle.. Help

29 year old. Been watching porn since 12. Struggling with pmo since 7 years, cured from it and recently experiencing pe..
I have been clear of porn for two years (24-26), but since 1,5 year I can't get a steak longer than a week. I'm devastated.. I have two kids and a third underway. My so dumped me for watching porn and later on was there for me during my reboot. She thinks I'm clean and we're two years further. I hate myself for lying to her.. I really feel discusted about myself. Still figuring out what to do. Thank you for reading. I realise I'm rambling but this can't go on any longer..

What do you mean with it cant be that bad?

Yes, occasionally I have sex. My PIED is still gone (thank god), but I developed PE instead. In my humble opinion this is way less of an problem, since I am able to get hard and show my girlfriend how attractive I find her. Indeed, I cant really complain about my sex life (giving the situation). I just feel terrible about the fact that I cant manage to stop..And decieving my SO in the meanwhile.

You're right, what I failed to mention is that while I have nothing to complain about, she does of course.. I don't have the complexity to wanting to be the best, since that is impossible. And that would out wayy to much pressure on the whole experience to be able to enjoy. I do however think she deserves a better me. Someone who is able to please her and live her with whole his heart. I want to be that guy.. It amidst bend tears to my eyes to know that I'm not in that place right now.

On another note, did you experience pe to get better with time? My experience is that the longer I abstinence, the quicker is die.. Can you elaborate?
