Just had a sexual wet dream? Is that normal

This is by far the most asked question on NoFap. The answer is: Don't worry. Having sexual dreams and/or wet dreams is completely normal during a reboot. Almost every guy on NoFap will have them at one point or another. It's most likely not your last sexual/wet dream.

But you have to expect the chaser effect. It will come after a wet dream. So be prepared. Also it can happen, that you feel like you actually relapsed, both morally ("I'm weak", "Damn, I relapsed", etc.) and physically (e.g. brain fog, loss of energy, loss of motivation). If this happens, remember that you have no control over your dreams and therefore it is not a relapse. Everything is fine.

The answer is: Noone knows for sure. It's possible, but the way the brain works is highly complicated. Even brain scientists might not be able to tell you exactly how a wet dream influences a reboot. So, don't worry too much. Even if it slows down the process a little bit, you had no control over it. When it comes to relapses and setbacks, it's all about your intentions.

So, the bottom line is: Don't worry. It's completly normal.
