Just a tip to get things done

    Something i started recently doing is right before I go to sleep I make a list of 5 things to do the next day and put it on the wall next to my bed. since I've been doing this ive started getting more things done because when i wake up I see the list and anytime I go in my room I see the list. its a constant reminder of the things i wanted to get done for the day. One of the 5 goals can simply be to not watch porn or to eat something healthy, they dont have to be huge chores or projects just small things that will help you improve for the future. i just wanted to mention this because maybe it will help someone.
