Finally, after two years of trying to quit pmo, I'm joining NoFap.
PMO pretty much fucked up my first relationship, where I could never O from sex for 2 whole years with the girl. Only at the end of our relationship I found out about NoFap, but it was too late. Now I'm with my new girl for about 11 months, and I've been trying to quit pmo throughout the whole time, unsuccessfully. I feel like my problem is going to ruin our relationship if I don't get it right this time. I have to quit pmo, starting today.
I can't afford another loss like that.

Hello@IronWillPower and welcome to NoFap. You are in the right place. Think about it for a second how profound it is that you couldnt O from sex for 2 years. Now think about how you can turn it around by focusing on your objective which is no pmo and keeping your new girl. You can do this and it doesnt have to take 2 years. There should be an email in your inbox welcoming you and it will contain lots of information on the affects of pmo, how porn affects the brain and different techniques you can apply to get yourself back on track. There will be a section on rebooting which is basically abstaining for a 90 period to reset your body from the effects it has been exposed to from prolonged pmo one of them being "pied" porn induced erectile disfunction. Also begin by creating a journal of your efforts on this path of self improvement, read about others who have had similiar problems and share any information that has been helpful for you. Take some time to welcome newbies and learning about how to avoid the triggers of pmo and you will be off to the races. We all slip up occasionally but keep trying till you get to where you wanna be.
