    Hello existing members,

    As mentioned in the title, I've joined NoFap because I'm losing hair a lot (really a lot), and also because I'm an underweight. My body is lean and thin. And I really want to improve on these things. I have been masturbating for years, and I also seem to be addicted to porn. I need your motivation and support for the journey I have started. Thank you.
