    • What you need to do to get out of your downward spiral is often obvious, but not easy
    • Build on top of little disciplines
    • Mentally detach and recognise the opportunity in the difficulty/struggle
    • Power naps are great to improve alertness and productivity - take an elevated feet 8 min power nap
    • If you want to wake up earlier, you have to go to bed earlier
    • Do not worry about anyone else - they are jealous
    • You are the one looking for approval
    • If you are letting others holding you back it is your fault - take ownership and move on
    • Leadership is not something to bullet-ise - it is a constant learning process
    • Task Condition Standard: here is the task, here are the involved conditions, here are the standards required and no music, no TV, no distractions
    • You have to prioritise then execute
    • Make a list of things you need to do in order of priority and schedule time to execute tasks
    • Get after it
