I've recently discovered/realized my PMO addiction has potentially left me uncomfortable with O inside my woman. Anyone else have thoughts/experience with this?

My partner has this issue and so do lots of men on here if you look around and yes it's caused by PMO. You have trained yourself to only O one way from your hand and porn. A vagina feels totally different than your hand and it will never replicate the pace or the grip of your hand. You have also trained your brain to respond sexually to diversity and the other novelties that porn offers that sex with a live woman will never offer. Since you are not stimulated enough you can never get to the point of O in a woman. Search delayed ejaculation in the forums.

So many people have this including me. Even though I haven't PMO for 3 weeks last night I got my wife to O twice, but I couldn't finish inside her. I need a longer reboot time, and need to look at some of my medications that may cause it too.

It takes a very long time and honestly it may never happen. It comes to a point where your partner needs to decide if she can accept that you may always only be able to O only with your hand. At three weeks you need not worry yet. Think about how long you have conditioned yourself to O like that? You can't just snap your fingers. Or you may be a case where you can only O during sexual every 10th time. If this is not lifelong but acquired then I think you have a better shot of returning to normal functions but if it's lifelong it may be tough. Lots of guys on here told me oh no matter how old if he stops the PMO it will fix it. We are now 10 weeks in and he has been able to O from my hand once after an hour or two. Sex does not even bring him close. The woman I think needs to ask herself if the man stops PMO and improves in other aspects but for whatever reason just can never O with sex can you accept that? If the answer is no it may not be the right relationship. For me the answer is no. I'm just being 100% honest with myself that if this is our sex life I would never be happy. So I'm giving it a bit more time to see if we can fix it but if not I will move on. For both parties certain things are must haves.

I'm not a believer in finding the right person or finding the right relationship. It's a matter of working on yourself and on the relationship in a spirit of true, lifelong commitment. When I have gone without PMO for several months, the issue resolves. I hate my problem because it makes my wife feel like she is not performing in bed, or that I don't find her attractive, neither of which are true. Anyone who thinks that PMO problems only affect the doer are kidding themselves. It causes people to be selfish, lazy, poor performers in their job and their family duties. It destroys relationships and friendships, and family ties.

90 days should be enough. You are totaly wrong about not "Ever" being able to cum inside a woman. 90 days +- should do the trick. damn you .

How can you know I’m totally wrong? In my exes case he was never able to 90 days and more after stopping. And I know there are other men on here that had similar experiences because they reached out to support me. Some men just can’t O from intercourse, some are pmo addicts, some have death grip, some are on anti depressants or other meds, some have anxiety . There are a myriad of potential causes for this. Pmo addiction only being one. Just like some women can’t O from intercourse ever. That’s just how it is.

I understand you may not want to hear what I’m saying but that does not mean I’m totally wrong? Everyone is different.

For most pmo addicts yes 90 days does wonders. But there are many who are at 6 months or years not seeing any difference and get on no fap and decide that something is wrong since everyone is fine at 90 days and They are not. That’s very discouraging to them. Sometimes it takes longer and sometimes that’s just how your body works and you need to accept it. I think age also plays a factor in that most men over 45 are already experiencing age related decreased sensitivity but younger men often are not dealing with that.

Explain to me how telling you something that is true, but you just don’t like shows that I need to get my shit together. “Of course you will certainly be able to O inside a woman no matter what. There is not chance in heck that you will not be able to cure this, it’s guaranteed.” Better now that I lied to you? There is positivity and then there is lying. And if you read my earlier posts you will notice that I said most people are able to but some are not.

  10. From what I'm reading, GG2002 is being positive, supportive and realistic by sharing her perspective.
I spent many years suffering from DE and PIED. For me it had everything to do with porn and excessive masturbation. Will NoFap fix your DE problems so that you will be able to O while having sex with your partner? Well, there is no guarantee because your DE could stem from a number of issues (as GG2002 suggested) and if you don't address those issues, or if you can't fix those issues, then you may still have DE. Either way, what you are doing is awesome. No masturbating and not looking at porn will do wonders for your spiritual, emotional, physical and sexual health. That's awesome that you are doing it at 24! Keep it up.

That's just putting an arbitrary number on the odds. What she said is equally true.

Sounds like someone's SO hasn't been on NoFap honestly for 90 days... or else it's beyond PMO problem. Cmon, also nerves will always be there after X number of years fapping without lube, you just need to rewire and let your dick heal, sensitivity will come back and you will be able to O inside a woman. Leave your penis alone, don't look at artificial stimuli and rewire your brain with a woman and you will see progress.
