    Hello,

    I’m concerned that I’m not popping rock hard boners with this girl I’m seeing. We cuddle, we kiss, we touch each other, I thrust her without penetration and I feel her ass and stuff but my dick never once got rock hard it was just like a flacid semi-erection. The thing is, I adore this girl, it can’t be lack of attraction or interest in her. I’m concerned because I just want to fuck her but if my dick isn’t responding then what the hell do I do?     I'd say its anxiety and just your mind beating you. I had a similar thing with my wife earlier this year when I moved to using condoms after years on the pill. I went soft a number of times when I tried to put it on and then I almost avoided sex in case it happened again. I didn't want it to lead to further problems so I bought some vi-agra in a porn shop and that worked. This was before I joined nofap. I think they were a bit of a placebo as I had a test run on myself and it felt no harder or different. I broke the cycle after a night out with a few drinks which helped to relax me (avoid too many), and I put in a stallion performance that night. Maybe try both getting naked first and her bringing you to completion without penetration, this way you can give a helping hand if needed. Sometimes the 'it will be fine if you relax' advice does snot always work.
