is this hard flaccid problem?

  1. Hello all
    This is my second streak, i am not noticing any improvements though. Let me tell you my situation first. I get like 60% erection during foreplay but as soon as i continue with i firmness of erection go away, but instead penis length stays in same and girth stays same.
    I wonder if it is hard flaccid condition with me or some thing else? if it is how it can be corrected?

    i get morning wood only if i get sleep or i got some sexual dream.

    Hey,

    I can relate, I would always get semi hard when being intimate with my partner, occasionally fully erect- however as soon as it came to penetration I would go flaccid.

    the only thing I can recommended is that you continue your streak for at least 90 days- never watch porn again and hopefully you will heal in time- there is no quick fix I'm afraid- I'm on the same journey as you.

    How long was your first streak?

  3. My first streak was 20 days. i relapsed to edging. how long you have been doing nofap, are you completely cured?

    I don't think I am cured yet- I'm not going to even contemplate putting that to the test until I have successfully completed a 90 day reboot :)

    I started doing this last month- I was in denial for a long time that porn was my problem, but so glad I'm doing something about it now.

  5. You are suffering from performance anxiety. Try being intimate with your partner but agree no expectations of erection or PIV sex. Just enjoy the one or two play without trying to do foreplay

  6. I did some search on hard flaccid, what i read is that this is confused between reduced penis size during flatline and when people get semi erection with full blood flow in penis but no full erection.
    More on this is when penis is not spongy like but siff hard rubber kind this condition is called hard flaccid.

    Now i am also confused with it if am having hard flaccid or not i randomly check on it half of the time it was stiff. If i just keep pressing it to check after some time it get soft.

    Anyone faced this thing or have some more insight of this thing?

    I believe firmly (pun intended) that edging is incredibly damaging. It wasn't until I started doing this that I had performance issues. The last one, which was my rock bottom, went exactly as you described. This the starts a performance anxiety cycle which you cannot get out of.

    I did 30 days hard mode and am still committed to my 90 day reboot. Am I completely cured, hell no, not yet. Will I ever be? Well mentally I don't know but physically I'm getting better. Is my penis starting to work 'normally' again. Yes, absolutely. Sensitivity started returning a couple of weeks in and keeps growing (again, pun intended). But the important thing for me was initially making absolutely no contact with my penis apart from cleaning and pissing. Nothing, no testing no checking. Nothing.

    How do we come to know when sensitivity comes back? How donyou measure it? Since i dont want to test it by doing edging or anything else. I am asking this because i want to ln know whould it will feel when everything starts to get normal

    I know this is different for everyone so can only relate my experience this past 5 weeks. At the start of my reboot the only time I would maintain an erection without p&m stimulation was a few minutes of morning wood. And that was brief. After my first two weeks I found that morning wood lasted a lot longer and felt harder which was my first sign. You don't need to actually masturbate to discover that your penis is more sensitive and I don't think you can truly measure it beyond 'trust me, you'll know'.

    But it is important this is what worked for me, depending on where you were when you started and how strict you have been with yourself since starting reboot you may find yourself somewhere different.
