Is this evidence as PIED being a culprit here?

I can masturbate with a flaccid penis to orgasm WITHOUT PORN OR PORN SUBS but...

    - it takes longer

    - it's uncomfortable

Whereas with Porn Substitutes (what I get off to)

    - the penis is semi-erect flaccid

    - can get off easier

    - still kind of uncomfortable

I ask because on YBOP it says:

Compare the quality of your erection and the time it took to climax (if you can). A healthy young man should have no trouble attaining a full erection and masturbating to orgasm without porn or porn fantasy.

    • If you have a strong erection in #1, but erectile dysfunction in #2, then you have porn-induced ED.
    • If #2 is strong and solid, but you have trouble with a real partner, then you have anxiety-induced ED.
    • If you have problems during both 1 and 2, you may have severe porn-induced ED, or an organic problem. When in doubt, see a good urologist.
Does it point to it more being PIED? Even if the penis isn't fully erect during porn subs?

The anxiety and porn are intertwined. You are anxious that you can’t get erect or ejaculate with porn or porn subs and that anxiety plays into further anxiety that may lead you back to the safety of porn. Until you can fully function without porn in any co text the anxiety will always be present. The more consistent performance minus porn the less anxiety overall.

A urologist is primarily concerned with blood flow not stimulus issues. They care about arousal not how you get aroused. Most urological exams tend to focus on underlying conditions that could be causing the problem. A prostate exam from a urologist is not the same as one from your family doctor. It’s like roto rooter level exam. There is again very little emphasis on arousal itself and the word porn was never even mentioned in my consultation only things like low testosterone or other endocrine issues.

I still crave porn, yet my natural libido is gone. It’s just gotta be PIED and PIED alone brought up the anxiety...right?

I just hope that my problem is indeed porn and not an organic problem.

You are anxious because of the PIED. Just reboot yourself as best as possible and see what happens.
