Hey mate an accountability partner can often just be a friend you get to know through learning a little about each other and keep each other up to date with your nofap en devours. Your partner should grow to understand you and he/she will be able to support you when he knows your falling of the wagon a bit. He can be a second man to tell you what your doing wrong and you he can discuss your thoughts with him and likewise him with you.
