Is tantra meditation bad while on NoFap?

    I’m curious about whether tantra meditation is bad for you while you’re on NoFap. Does it harm you? If so, what things can it kill in terms of confidence and energy?

    I like to hear opinions and experiences about it.

    You know tantra is not just about sex right? There are many practices that doesn't involve sexual energy. What school of tantra are you talking about anyway? Or is there even a particular tradition? I don't recommend some self made guru selling the sexual practices while ignoring most of the tradition it comes from.
