Just to go in a little depth on flatline.... its basically your body resetting. Everyone who goes through this deals with a flatline. They can last for weeks. I remember way back when I was 19 and started nofap, I was around 2 months into a streak and experienced this. I thought " gosh there's something wrong with me! ill never have sex again!" and I went and relapsed purposefully. I regret it so much. If only I had known. But you will come out of the flatline! How do you know when you've come out of it? Im on day 4 at the moment, I know I have a long way to go but I need as much advice as I can get.
