    I think involuntary pc spasm and holding kegel while having sex is the caused of my premature ejaculation . is someone here have the same issue like me ?

    I'd recommend to read Mantak Chia's book The Multi-Orgasmic man...it works practically with all of this and has done wonders. U can actually separate orgasm from ejaculation as well as condition urself to 'last longer'
