    Its day 31 monstreous urges popped in i got horny i was not able to stop so i touched my dick not with bare hands i got hard on so kept hand on my shorts and rubbed it i didn't put mu hands inside i did this for few seconds then i stopped when i thought about if i fap then i have to go to day one so i stopped but after few minutes mh underpants were little wet it was colorless liquid not a in huge quantity only a little just 2-3 drops did i relapse. if i did please tell me

    I'd say that it is precum but if it was 2 -3 drops I'm afraid it might be a relapse, that's what I would do.
    Also if you're getting these strong urges you're prolly going about nofap the wrong way, the most successful way people have quit porn is when they don't feel these strong urges, I haven't figured it out myself but, so far in my new streak I haven't felt any strong urges whatsoever. So maybe try a new method, if you decide to reset the counter.
