Is it possible to cure PIED without sex?

I've 19 now and have been watching porn since I was 13 and been masturbating with my hand since 15, and I've never had sex before. I've recently gotten into a relationship with an amazing girl since last summer, but at this moment the relationship is long distance and I won't be able to see her again until next year. We talk from time to time over messaging talking about wanting to have sex upon seeing each other again but I still haven't told her I have PIED.
I've abstained from PMO before for 3 months and felt that I was almost already cured of my PIED. But since relapsing I can't get an erection as easily, but I've definitely still improved compared to my state of not being able to get an erection at all 4 months ago. What I'm trying to ask is this: will I be ready to have sex without any problems right upon meeting up with my girlfriend again? Will my performance be bad, or I will I be able to make it through? After abstaining from PMO for 3 months it was easy for me to get an erection just on the mere thought of seeing my girlfriend naked, so I figure after abstaining for 3 months again I will be ready for actual sex. What do you all think?

 

Cool thanks so much man I got really worried that I was required to have sex regularly in order to fully recover. I've done 128 days hard mode before and find it easier than ever in my life to finally get the hell away from porn and masturbation and I'm ready to do so.
