Is it OK to masturbate if I have more libido than my wife ?

It will be a downward spiral if you do, masturbation and porn are equally as bad as each other. You might start with some masturbation using just your imagination. Soon you will realise this is not enough and then you will add porn to the equation. Next thing you know you have a severe porn addiction. So when you do have sex with your wife again you will now be dealing with PIED. This will put a strain on your marriage for sure.

 

When you guys do have sex on the occasion, does she enjoy your energy? If she does, then I say let that energy build up every week! She will be incredibly happy knowing you're waiting for her every time, I'm sure.
