Is it ok to have sexy thoughts about my girlfriend?

For guys rewiring, you have to ask the question: what am I rewiring to? If you have become porn addicted, what are you trying to achieve? Obviously, beating the addiction.

While most of us here are addicts, the addiction for each of us is unique to us. Yours is unique to you.

My thoughts: we are sexual beings. If you are having sexual thoughts about a real person, it's OK, in fact, it is healthy. Rewarding those pathways, strengthening them, as opposed to the other, is probably a healthy endeavor for a guy in recovery. It is not that all sexual thoughts are bad, it is just that, for some of us, porn has become, at least, problematic, and at worst, a lifestyle, something we have to have daily, over and over. Keep away from sexual imagery, especially online sexual imagery, don't indulge that, but don't punish yourself for thinking of a real person. That is called normal.

Hi, I think its not a good idea to put nude pics of your GF online, seriously. Girls are also human, they are not a sex object with whom we can play when ever we want. I personally think you should to talk to her about your thoughts and feeling, who might know that she also has some true LOVE for you (I am not talking about sex). For a girl her self respect Is very important. However I know that you are here to get off your addictions. Its not a thing that happens in one day as the famous saying goes - "Rome was not built in a day" so It might take you sometime to get fully away from it. I don't think Its any harm (IF) you get weird thoughts about your GF, you will get rid of them soon, if you are determined to your goal.

MY thought-- Ok this might sound a bit off the limits but I saw a dream having sex with my mother. I searched over the internet and came across a yahoo answer saying that such dreams signify our love towards the other person, I accept that.
