Is it dangerous to fast and not eat anything for a week?

Doing something that someone else has done without any clear indication or previous experience is a ticket to snap city. I strongly discourage such tomfoolery. Everything needs to be done in a proper manner, you want to fast, good, do it under supervision and do it in a progressive manner.

 

I heard that if you don't eat for a whole month it cures your addiction.
