Is instagram just as bad as porn?

I think I've noticed that more provocative pictures of women lead to more likes I think personally. Also for me, whenever I see pictures my followers have liked usually there are very provocative pictures on there and the whole account, maybe designed to flaunt personal beauty, but it's so sexed up and the captions usually are flirty too. I wouldn't say it's the same as porn but recently it has triggered me into watching porn. Sometimes you see stuff on there though and there isn't left to imagination at all, i'd say it's increasing, that's why I deleted anyway coz it's one source of trigger for me.

Nah! sounds good doesnt work! You will relapse sooner or later with this kind of mindset.

 

Haven't relapsed so far and never came close to it since I've started this streak. It's easy with the right mindset.

By the way you have my favorite thread in your profile, 6 years clean. It helped me a lot, most of all this line:

The first time someone would suggest that it's easy with the right method. That brought me on to the right path. Brute force and trigger avoidance is what doesn't work.
