    I don't know what to do about this ; it occurs frequently at different times of the days and during excretion and urination , also if i am in car or a bus or if i even sitting without doing anything , it also occurs while i am on my feet . what can i do about this if you please ?

    It's completely normal, our body is not used to retain sperm and it periodically needs to change it. You can't do nothing - just acquire that it is normal.
