Introduction

Doc here, I guess introductions are in order.
I am a twenty-two year old male, I've been addicted to porn and masturbation for around ten years now. I never really thought anything about it was bad, but I think I realized the issues when I had some sexual problems with a girl I used to date. Mind you, we broke up over a year ago, but my goofy self didn't seek help until now. I have tried on many occasions to stop, but I never seem to last longer than three days. Im excited to break the cycle though. Thanks everyone!
