On the page I called myself Wazzai, a nickname I've been using for about 6 years now

The reason I'm here, I've been fapping for around 7 years(I'm 19).

Porn got introduced to me through friends and unlimited internet access for my adolescent self. It got worse and worse up till the point where I became a lot less confident and kept to myself.

My girlfriend left me a while back which really made me fall back, deeper into porn addiction..

Masturbation seemed like a nice reliever, but when i started reading about the negative affects PMO has on you I started wondering.

I have stopped watching porn before, but it came back, harder and louder than before and this community seems like the perfect option to try for another triumph

I got rid of my stash i stored on the computer which already kinda forces me to go online. This makes it easier to avoid PMO cuz I do not have a stable internet connection. Most of the times when I get the strongest of urges I use the good ol' panic button. other than this I haven't been seriously implementing many methods. I am planning on getting a calendar to track my progress and to move my computer away from my usual spot.
