    Hello there.

I'm George, 22, currently living in the UK.

Like most of guys of my age and generation, I started watching porn on my teens by having negative peer influence.

As porn became something I used to distract myself from boredom, my problems, my insecurities and my loneliness, I became addicted to it and slowly became more and more interested about fetishes I would never thought to develop.

After a long time when I started seeing the negative effects of porn, I tried removing this nasty habit from my life unsuccessfully and relapsed many times.

However, once I watched the Ted from Your Brain on Porn, I purchased the book and became determined to once and for all quit.

I am currently on my 7th day, recording my thoughts on my journal.

I am still going through relapses, although I believe this time I can finally quit by having the support of others and by developing more positive and healthy habits.

    Hi Dj

    Thank you for welcoming me.

Something that helps is morning meditation and planning ones day on paper.
