    Hello,

    My name's Nikolas and I'm glad to be a part of this group! I've got 29 days of no PMO which I'm very proud of. That's the longest I've ever gone since I started masturbating around age 13. I'm 26 now.

    I want to do it because I find myself so easily triggered into masturbating. It makes it difficult for me to be still in the moment of feeling sexy and enjoy it without feeling the need to orgasm. I can't ever say that I've had really great sex because it was never as good as jerking off by myself.
