Internet disconnect?

Has anybody thought about disconnecting from the Internet to beat PMO? I imagine like most people here the condition worsened when the broadband internet was introduced. We all remember dial up. But broadband just made it so much worse.

I have thought about disconnecting but I wonder if it is a practical solution. Would like to hear from people who have tried it or who are wanting to try it.

 

I have decided to undergo a self enduced disconnection. To much temptation online especially in the early stages. Just talking to people about not fapping is enough to send me on a spiral. Good bye internet you have been a blessing and a burden in equal measures. See you on the other side.
