    I've been hearing a lot lately that rebooting is more than just not doing PMO, but doing some internal healing as well.

    I don't know what this means. Can explain and help me out with this? Thank you.

    I assume what is meant, is that by facing your addiction with the intend to stop it, you also have to face the underlying cause for your addiction. What is it you're trying to suppress/mask/deny/escape from via your addiction? Face the real issue to heal yourself properly.
