inquiring about retrograde ejaculation.

So I’m currently on my 8th day of no PMO hard mode. It has been easy for the most part thus far with a few urges here and there. On the 7th day though, I woke up with a raging boner and I had the urge to urinate as well. So I got up and urinated and it was for an unusually long time as well as having the urine look a little foggier and lighter than normal. I’m pretty convinced that this is retrograde ejaculation even though I didn’t touch myself at all. Does anyone have any information on retrograde ejaculation or any similar experiences?
