    50 days without porn now and it is getting easier all the time, grateful!

    I added the challenge of getting up 5.30u five days a week and doing exercise until 07.00u. Strangely, that proved more hard. Although I love the mystical quietness of the morning (I live on the countryside), a lazy habit had kicked in of snoozing for hours.

    The last ten days I am managing to get up early. Yesterday and the day before I revelled at the beauty of a field covered with fog, an awakening sun spreading warming rays in the chilly morning.
    Today I slept until 07.00u. One of my two sleep-in days. Good to rise at 7 still! Way better than 10, 11 or even 12.00u.

    I intended not to use internet this day, but failed here. The news, FB and mail suck me in, I want to feel connected, appreciated, relevant. It's OK, this will be the next challenge when I reach 30 days of healthy morning routine.

    I am now halfway rebooting my morning wake up practice getting up 5 days a week at 5:30. I am happy it is really turning out well. Without expressing my goal here on the nofapForum I would never have made it.

    Just shows that man is a social animal who needs the encouragement and the moral discipline a group provides him. A discipline out of choice instead of force this time however. At 43 I am finally beginning to learn something: that my yearning to be free and independent goes along fine and actually needs structure and the right circumstances to guide and steer my Impulses to the things I really like and really enjoy and that really make me happy.

    This forum offers me a loose opportunity to express what I find important and is thereby a Fountainhead for inspiration to lead indeed a healthy life. I have a long way to go still, only this day I'm sucking in news for 8 hours on the internet while i so long for exercise and meditation. But I'm picking my battles, one reboot at a time. I have quit porn for almost 2 months now and I'm introducing this morning routine for another 15 days. after that I will evaluate whether to add another challenge and continue the others.

    i admire your zeal to be better bro..... exercise helps alot... u shud also try out running in the morning.. its the simplest exercise. plus drink alot of water

    I'm almost at my 30 days morning wake up challenge. I had some really good mornings this week getting up early at 5:30 doing a bit of exercise walking around the block and then writing some poetry.

    I find I love expressing myself it is more of a self realization then everything I can imagine but I need this structure to create a space and peace to write.

    I have to be honest though: I went to bed at midnight 3 times which meant waking up early was ' impossible'. Two out of Three Days i slept Until 12 o'clock the other one I got up at 7. strictly speaking this is a transgression and a failure I forgive myself since the third day I just maintained a healthy sleeping schedule and got up to get to work it was a bit senseless to get up at 5:30 to the detriment of my working day.

    so with heads up and much contentment I will continue my challenge for another 30 days without porn and this healthy morning wake up schedule 5 days a week 5:30
    I will use this last day of my challenge to think of how I can extend it by another healthy new routine
