Increasing the Counter Goal

    I have recently thought of increasing my counter (goal) to the full 90 days. Does anyone have any suggestions, would anyone discourage this? Some may have the opinion of setting the bar low and raising it once the first 30 days have been achieved. Does anyone have any experience with this? Would this be an over zealous move?

    I am feeling very positive and confident that I can do this! The urges to view porn are nonexistent, my biggest contender has been morning wood. But, the morning wood mornings have been a little inconsistent... I only have to resist touching myself as it might trigger an MO session before the start of the day.

    A couple of things that may be working in my favor are the fact that I've recently experienced a break up (girlfriend withdrawal) and I am associating any withdrawal symptoms with missing the studpid psycho bitch. And, I am on 40 mgs of Prozac. The Prozac has really helped me focus on my work rather than ruminating on the break up. Normally I think I would have turned to PMO as a coping mechanism but I think the med's are keeping me away from P. Any thoughts?
